Gok Wan as one of my biggest inspiration!

In the morning, while I was watching TV, I saw reportage about a lady who went on diet and lost 60kg.
At first I was impressed, but then they show some photos of her 'before diet life'.
I thought that it's always easy to say 'you should go on a diet', but it is really hard to show them, that (of course, they should lose some weight) it is normal to be the way they are!

The perfect person who does it is Gok Wan. With all his sensitivity and patience he tries to show to women, they are not alone.
He shows, that when you care about yourself, you feel way better. He proves, that no matter which type of figure you have, you can look good and feel attractive!
I really admire him and all of his work. It is absolutely fantastic and I wish I could do something like him in a future as I find it very fulfilling.

To those who don't know what he is and what he is doing. So basically Gok's a fashion expert who leads a bunch of TV programs in UK.
He made his mark by giving women the confidence to appreciate their bodies, whatever their size and encouraged women whatever their shape and size to strip for the nation!

Changes he makes are in my opinion the best changes anybody could ever make. With his help, not only those women gain new style, new hair cut and become famous for a few minutes, but also (and that is the most important think) he proves them, they actually are beautiful, even if they're not in a model shape.
As it is absolutely the most important think to be attractive.
Firstly, believe in yourself, then take care about yourself and in a following steps, get to know how to style you hair and clothes appropriate to your body and face shape.
And voilà!
That is short recipe for being body confident!

Of course, don't get me wrong, I still believe that if someone is overweight and that could cause some health problems he or she should go on a diet, under the supervision of specialist
